Our Services

CALPRO Care Home Health provides coordinated and comprehensive health care to homebound individuals.  Under Physician’s supervision CALPRO Care Home Health provides the following services:

Skilled Nurse icon
SKILLED NURSING
Can include but it is not limited to; treatments, injections, wound care, supervision of medications, catheter care, diabetic care, enteral/parenteral nutrition; family and patient health education.
Physical Therapy icon
PHYSICAL THERAPY
Provide physician-prescribed treatment aimed at development restoration of strength, movement, function and safety.
Occupational Therapy icon
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Help patients regain the skills necessary for self-care and daily activities.
Speech Therapy icon
SPEECH THERAPY
Assist patients with impaired communications skills or to learn alternative ways to express their needs and feeling.
Social Worker icon
SOCIAL WORKER
Provides psychosocial evaluation to help patients & family needs & to improve coping skills through community resources, such as in-home support services.

HOMEHEALTH AIDE
Assist with patient with personal care, meal preparation, ambulation & exercises under professional supervision.

     

Durable Medical Equipment icon
DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
Durable Medical Equipment (DME) can also provide for patients with special needs such as but not limited to; Wheelchairs/ Canes/ Crutches/ Commode/ Shower chairs.
